What We’re Looking For:

  • Retail POS Expertise: Ideally, you have experience with Oracle Simphony or IBM Sterling Order Management - but any POS is valued.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in cloud platforms, modern architectural patterns, microservices, and application containers within an edge computing architecture.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide diverse teams and champion best practices across the organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail business processes like Point of Sale, eCommerce, Order Management, and Merchandise Management.


Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT or solution architecture roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (10+ years in IT).
  • Retail Business Process Background: Deep understanding of retail business processes, including POS, Order Management, eCommerce, and Merchandise Management.

  • Design and implement innovative solutions for complex IT systems.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for hardware/software compatibility and system interfaces.
  • Lead the adoption of modern design and architecture practices across teams.
