We are seeking a highly polished and professional Virtual Meeting Specialist to review and enhance our virtual meeting processes and training materials. Reporting directly to the CTO, this individual will ensure the smooth scheduling, execution, and optimization of meetings using Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and critique meeting invite processes and training materials for meeting hosts.
- Conduct health checks on Webex and MS Teams usage, identifying discrepancies in user experiences.
- Analyze meeting scheduling practices, including the use of hyperlinks, passwords, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve issues that prevent successful meeting access and participation.
- Perform deep dives into meeting setups to determine why some meetings face issues while others run smoothly.
- Make recommendations for best practices and training improvements.
- Ensure proper training for meeting administrators to enhance meeting efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency to comply with NIST 800 regulations.
- Extensive experience with both Webex and MS Teams.
- Proven ability to perform detailed analysis and critique of virtual meeting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting virtual meeting issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work at a high visibility level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience conducting virtual meeting health checks and making process recommendations.
- Experience providing training and support for virtual meeting tools.
