We currently operate 1,200+ locations domestically and 50+ internationally, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and numerous MLB teams. In recent years, Lids has built partnerships with iconic global brands including Marvel, Playboy, and the Harlem Globetrotters, and gained ambassadors like Justin Jefferson, Quavo, and Josephine Skriver – creating a community for both sports fans and fashion lovers.

The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe.


General Position Summary:

  • Manage the print, digital, audio content featured in Lids, NBA, NHL, Paris St. Germain and other retail concepts around the globe. Your work will be instrumental in driving millions of shoppers into our stores and providing them a quality shopping experience.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain digital / audio content calendars for all retail concepts and countries
  • Plan and maintain in store print content calendars for all retail concepts and countries
  • Work directly with printer, logistics, digital & audio service providers / platforms.
  • Work cross functionally (across marketing, other Lids departments, external partners) to generate multiple content calendars
  • Collaborate across Marketing team to ensure timely creative delivery
  • Work with external/internal translation resources to ensure accuracy
  • Work with external Print vendors to ensure all print needs are communicated
  • Manage and maintain print distribution lists for all in store print jobs
  • Upload all content and verify in-store execution, including still photography, video, audio and print
  • Trouble shoot and provide technical support as needed
  • Understand new store opening timing and ensure digital, audio and print creative assets are in place for the opening
  • Set timelines and meet all deadlines for digital, audio and print needs
  • Manage budget, approve invoices, maintain financial controls


Job Required Knowledge, Skills and Education:

  • Solid organizational skills are required. This position will be managing multiple content calendars for multiple countries in multiple languages. Advertising messages can change on short notice and will require a quick response. Understanding of needed project timelines and a collaborative approach will be key.


Preferred Job Knowledge, Skills and Education:

Experience managing detailed projects is desired. Bachelor’s degree required. 1-3 years experience in a corporate environment.
