Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential M&A targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end M&A process, including negotiations, deal structuring, and integration planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • You will work in a high-volume M&A practice, who focus on both the buy-side and the sell-side of transactions.
  • You will represent both strategic clients and financial sponsors.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate law, gained with a large law firm setting.
