What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role located in Southlake, TX. At RCA, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand and define business requirements for data solutions.
  • Data Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated data-centric and business intelligence solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scripts to enhance our proprietary data evaluation processes, making them more flexible and scalable.
  • Data Monitoring: Oversee the automated data collection, analytics, and cleansing infrastructure to ensure data integrity.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify data sources and analyze data, generating valuable reports and actionable insights.
