This is an exiting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, FundKite is an alternative finance company specializing in the purchase of future receivables.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing officer who is a leader and visionary and has years of proven experience. They will report on the marketing performance of the business and will work with key company executives to best position the business for exponential growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Design and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for FundKite with an emphasis on digital marketing to increase awareness, leads, and revenue in a scalable yet cost-effective way.

Takes an active role in project management for marketing programs and projects that range from website design to video production to advertising, SEO, product marketing, branding, and creating first class content.

Design, formulate and execute marketing campaigns.

Analyzes and reviews results of market research and adjusts marketing strategy accordingly.

Create inspiring internal and external content to support the marketing objectives across FundKite.

Works closely with team members to prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives and keeps team up to date on project status at all times.

Research marketplace to identify competitive products and industry trends for use in future marketing initiatives.

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information.

Requisite Experience

Marketing Leader with 7-10 years’ experience

Track record in building and scaling Marketing capabilities.

Financial Services experience is highly valued.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization

Program leadership and program management experience

Track record in outstanding business partnering.

Experience in delivering for Executive Level Leaders, and communications for Exec Level Leaders

Proven team transformation experience in hiring, retaining, and coaching a team for peak performance.

Financial Services experience is highly valued.

Excellent communicator who has demonstrated mastery of cross-team communication; knows how to keep team members on-task and on-schedule in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.

Bonus experience and skills include MBA, digital advertising, marketing automation, and CRM.

A familiarity and proficiency with marketing tools to support campaign management in a timeline sensitive environment.

High accountability when it comes to meeting deadlines and ability to lead numerous projects simultaneously under time constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate with experience.

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Miami, Florida 33131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
