Job Experience:

● 8 years in regulated industry manufacturing.

● 6 years supervisory experience.


Skills/Competencies:

● Strong leader, clear communicator, and organized project manager.

● Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

● Knowledgeable in capital equipment productization and QMS evolution.

● Understanding of FDA and ISO guidelines for medical device development.

● Technical knowledge in development methodologies, design, and project implementation.

● Demonstrated creative problem-solving.

● Experience in leading characterization, design of experiments, and data analysis.

● Expert in technical documentation and advanced MS Office, Excel/Minitab skills.

● Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
