LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team and help drive the adoption of our cutting-edge generative AI solutions. As a GenAI Sales Expert, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand our AI capabilities, articulate the value proposition, and deliver compelling demos and presentations. A successful candidate will have a proven record of exceeding sales quotas, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and objectives and provide expert guidance on GENAI solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and demos of our GENAI offerings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop custom solution proposals that align with customer objectives and AWS, GCP, and Azure capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on GENAI solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and demos of our GENAI offerings to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Deep understanding of LLM and AI chat technology use cases and deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, and other mainstream hyperscale AI platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the sales process and ensure a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in GENAI technologies, AWS, and Azure platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other internal stakeholders to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate effectively with account and practice leaders internally to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans.
  • In partnership with account leaders and sales executives - prospect and qualify client opportunities related to project-based work, either originated from the partner ecosystem or internal sources.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects.


A right candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Certifications, Diploma in AI, GenAI, Data Analytics.
  • Experience in a pre-sales, technical consultant, or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Minimum 5 + years with current experience in GenAI.
  • Overall, 15 – 20 years of Technology Sales experience.
  • Prior experience of managing large services portfolios or being a Practice Leader.
  • Deep technical expertise in AWS and Azure, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in business contexts.
  • Deep understanding of LLM and AI chat technology use cases and deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, and other mainstream hyperscale AI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop custom solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open to frequent travel.


Base Salary Compensation Range: USD 220,000 to 300,000
