We are now seeking a dynamic, service-dedicated Guest Services Leader to join our team


What you'll do:



  • Responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families and team members.
  • Participate as an active member of our team in developing plans for hospitality services. 
  • Develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors.
  • Manages content and internal communications to residents and families
  • Conducts ongoing teaching and training sessions to assist residents to adopt and make use of provided technology. 
  • Collaborates with other Leisure Care-managed communities and Leisure Care partners promoting value-added programs and services.
  • Oversight of program team members and drivers.

What you'll bring:



  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff. 
  • Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services.
