Trade Show Associate Project Manager

The Trade Show Associate Project Manager supports the Sr. Manager Global Trade show and Events. This person will be Assisting Trade Show and have solid Project Manaement skills in event execution, problem solving and solid communication skills working with internal teams. This person will be organizing internal showrooms and offsite trade shows, supporting & executing the entire process of designing, establishing, and coordinating all events.


Responsibilities:


• Lead specific weekly collaboration meetings to support efforts in putting together major trade shows and showrooms companywide

• Liaising with all internal stakeholders and which includes information gathering, spec confirmation, approvals etc.

• Support Sr. Global Trade Show Manager with budget tracking and reconciliation

• Assist in managing inventory and location of pop-up displays, props and furniture for shows

• Help lead the planning and execution of some of the smaller shows

• Work with Trade Show team in packing and shipping of prototypes and showroom elements for upcoming events.

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to organize forms, information, and assets such as scheduling filming, content management for virtual events

• Travel globally as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience coordinating and assisting in trade shows and or events
