Job Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

  • Lead the FP&A function
  • Own the consolidated corporate financial model
  • Collaborate with several departments to provide timely and accurate forecasting and analysis
  • Support Investor Relations in developing materials and preparing leaders for quarterly earnings calls
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve corporate FP&A processes
  • Develop and manage processes to monitor pricing strategies, analyze cost drivers and provide insights to drive financial performance

Job Requirements for the Director of Finance:

  • Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or CPA is highly preferred
  • 8+ years of core FP&A experience
  • 3-5 years minimum in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and cost accounting - understanding of COGS and bill of materials
  • Proven ability to drive profitability through revenue optimization and cost management
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Experience working for a large company with a high volume of data
  • Advanced proficient in a large ERP and financial software
  • Manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or food and beverage industries highly preferred
