The Corporate Communication Instructor/Trainer is responsible for delivering Speakeasy’s curriculum and coaching business leaders in communication, both in group and individual settings, in-person or virtually.


Responsibilities:

- Deliver Speakeasy’s curriculum through workshops, private coaching, and virtual sessions.

- Prepare and manage pre- and post-program logistics, including client follow-up and documentation.

- Provide tailored coaching to business executives, focusing on communication style and content.

- Collaborate with sales teams for client insights and business development opportunities.

- Manage travel logistics for domestic and international client engagements.

- Participate in faculty meetings, development activities, curriculum development, client meetings, and other activities as needed.

- Stay updated on developments in business, communication, and related fields to enhance client coaching.


Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Five years of professional experience in teaching, speech-language pathology, business, psychology, communication, or related fields.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in teaching, training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

- Strong business acumen and executive presence.

- Flexibility to adjust to various client needs and schedules.

- Exemplary communication (oral, written), interpersonal, and group management skills.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

- Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, general computer/PC literacy, including experience with CRM’s, is required.
