Engineering Automation Manager - FOOD Manufacturing
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in the Food Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our manufacturing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering team in the development and implementation of manufacturing systems and processes
  • Manage the design and implementation of automation and robotics systems to improve production efficiency
  • Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that all manufacturing processes are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the engineering team
  • Manage the development and implementation of control systems to improve product quality and consistency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in automation robotics/ automated machinery
  • Strong experience in FOOD manufacturing
  • Experience in leading and managing an engineering/maintenance team
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with juices or lemonade processing is a plus
