We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure smooth execution of all functions. This role requires a hands-on leader to inspire teams, optimize processes, and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, set goals, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budget.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance performance and growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, making strategic decisions to improve profitability.
  • Identify new revenue streams and manage financial risks.
  • Identify growth opportunities, maintain partnerships, and lead client relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to drive business expansion.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operations experience HVAC or Plumbing construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License; Master Technician license preferred.
