As a member of our growing and collaborative recruiting team you will play a critical role in fueling our growth by leading our recruitment team(s) in office. A Recruiting Manager (RM) is a leadership position, dedicated to training, coaching, mentoring, and empowering our recruiting force (RI & RIIs) to grow their careers. This will entail weekly one-on-one coaching’s with your team of recruiters, performance management, training and development, and interactive role-playing and teaching(s), that will help reinforce industry best practice(s) and allow your team to grow. We utilize the most progressive strategies and state of the art technology to leverage our recruitment abilities, and our RMs will lead the charge in driving forward production for their respective market(s). Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of recruiters who facilitate the entire life cycle of recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Develop and operationalize recruiting strategies that emphasize data analytics, quality, diversity, and process efficiency
  • Lead and develop the recruiting team, while continuously improving capability and delivering exceptional results
  • Create and monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness and predict future opportunities or roadblocks
  • Make data driven decisions on recruiting strategies and direction of the recruiting team
  • Identify and integrate recruitment tools and technologies to enhance recruiting quality and effectiveness
  • Focus on delivering a superior candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting life cycle
  • Partner with key hiring managers and leaders across the business to ensure strategic alignment and an exception level of hiring manager experience
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand that aligns with The Intersect Group’s overall branding strategy and helps attract top talent to the agency
  • Stay ahead of trends through networking and benchmarking then incorporate the information into the recruiting processes
