Practice Information
- Intermountain Health in Provo, UT is seeking to add a BC/BE Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon/Traumatologist to join a collegial department of Orthopedic Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma and Sports Medicine providers
- Dedicated, fully staffed daily orthopedic trauma room
- Provide coverage at Utah Valley Hospital
- Level II Trauma Center
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
- Visa sponsorship not available
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in orthopedic surgery with an orthopedic trauma fellowship
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
