Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

As a valued member of the Musculoskeletal team at Intermountain Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.
In this role, you will split your time between Utah Valley Hospital and American Fork Hospital, seeing a mix of OR and in-office hand surgical cases. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and surgical services in the OR and in-office settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic hand surgery and elbow surgery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery
- ABMS board CAQ (Certification of Additional Qualification) or eligibility in Orthopedic Hand Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Hand Surgery
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
