Position: Outside Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative/Cabinet Designer

Location: Eastern Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Salary Commission (Competitive earning potential)

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and expand our reach by building strong client relationships in the field.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Field Prospecting: Travel to meet with builders, contractors, and designers to introduce our kitchen and bath products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with industry professionals, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our offerings, including cabinets and countertops, to effectively present them to clients.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to maximize growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct on-site meetings to assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist with product selections.
  • Follow-Through: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and provide market feedback.

Qualifications:


  • 3 years proven experience in outside sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, construction, or related industries.
  • Must know 2020 cabinet software
  • Strong understanding of the building and remodeling process and the needs of contractors and builders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a field-based role.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
