Job SummaryWe're looking for Certified Nurse Aides with a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA on our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Caring for residents' personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing compassionate care while encouraging residents to maintain their independence
- Maintaining resident environments in a clean, orderly condition
- Charting care performed using electronic medical records
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current CT Certified Nurse Aide certification
- The ability to build rapport with patients and work well in teams
- A compassionate and caring demeanor
