Job Description:

What Will You Do?

• Provide technical leadership and operational support for our Snowflake environment.

• Collaborate with end users to resolve issues.

• Complete user requests and ServiceNow tasks in a timely manner.

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hour support.

• Prioritize work and manage projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.


Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and operation.

• Proficient in Snowflake SQL and understanding of its unique features.

• Solid understanding of Snowflake features: Cloning, Data Sharing, Secure Views, caching, Warehouse sizes, and scaling.

• Experience with Snowflake data loading and unloading processes.

• Familiarity with Snowflake's security features and role-based access control.

• Knowledge of integrating Snowflake with various data sources and BI tools.

• Strong relational database and SQL skills.

• Thorough working knowledge of all tools and techniques required for area(s) of responsibility.

• Understanding of the business that the assigned projects are supporting.

• Collaborates with management in the planning process.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
