  • Lead customer projects, ensuring smooth deployments and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer trust and high satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resources, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Set up, configure, and optimize ANYmal robots in various environments to meet specific customer needs worldwide. Utilize your technical proficiency in robotics and software to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for global industrial clients, offering hands-on support, consulting on project feasibility, and aligning our solutions with their unique requirements.
  • Gather valuable insights from each deployment to inform and improve product development.
  • Lead training sessions for new ANYmal users, simplifying complex technical concepts for audiences with varying technical backgrounds. Empower users to confidently operate and maintain their robotic systems, fostering lasting customer relationships.
  • Represent ANYbotics at international events and exhibitions, showcasing ANYmal’s capabilities and engaging potential clients. Foster interest and excitement around our technology and vision for the future of robotics.
Your Profile
  • Engineering or science degree, with a focus on robotics, mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with mobile robots.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, including technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Proficient in Linux and comfortable with command line usage, with exposure to programming languages such as Python or C++.
  • Customer-centric mindset, skilled at building relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Proactive problem-solver, quick learner and adaptable.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), effective communicator able to adapt to diverse audiences (technical proficiency, cultural background, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 70%) and happy to work in industrial or remote environments.
  • Positive attitude, eager to contribute to a fun, supportive, collaborative work environment.

  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, ROS and Git.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Driver’s license (Class B).
  • Proficiency in German or other languages (French, Portuguese, etc.).
