The RN/LVN MDS Coordinator at West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center is responsible for ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems. This role requires a valid Texas RN license and knowledge of state and federal regulations related to the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center RN MDS Coordinator
  • A current and valid Texas RN nursing license or valid RN license from a Compact Party State. 
  • Familiar with Reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid & Case Management 
  • Preferred Skilled Nursing Facility Experience as an MDS Nurse 
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial as it relates to the RAI process and reimbursement systems
