Join Our Team: Become a part of a dedicated team at a facility that has been serving the community for over 110 years. Our hospital, with 408 licensed beds, cares for more than 200,000 patients annually with a team of 2,000 dedicated employees and over 1,400 physicians.
Role and Responsibilities:
- ? Provide exceptional care in various surgical procedures including Neuro, General, CV, Plastics, Complex Neuro, Head/Neck, Burn, and Trauma.
- ?️ Prepare operating rooms for surgery, manage equipment, and assist with post-procedure duties.
- ? Supervise, teach, and mentor staff, enhancing professional development and team cohesion.
- ? Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, ensuring safety and efficacy.
Qualifications:
- ? Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or have a multi-state license.
- ? BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
- ? Minimum of one year experience in an OR setting; CNOR preferred.
- ? Strong preference for candidates with Level I trauma experience and interest in professional growth through leadership training.
