Associate General Counsel:

  • Must be willing to do some minimal travel to California as needed
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working on site
  • Must have detailed experience with business strategy, risk management, negotiation/settlements
  • Must have experience helping to manage other in-house attorneys, and coordinating with external counsel
  • Experience with M&A, purchase/sale of real estate, business formations, and all facets of corporate work is highly desired
  • Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
  • Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable
  • Salary is likely to be $200k-$225k base + bonus potential, benefits, etc


This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1. Our client is growing quickly, and looking for a hands-on, ego-free, attorney to join the team. While they are focused on growing quickly and driving business, they also care deeply about their people and want to invest in their people. This is a brand new hire, and they will be looking to fill the role quickly.
