  • Utilize digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and other tools to test electrical components and ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
  • Perform regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify and correct any potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, service logs, time records, and emergency schedules.
  • Manage inventory of assigned tools and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and quality control of tools, vehicles, and materials.
  • Train, mentor, and guide laborers, helping them develop into apprentices.
  • Participate in ongoing training to meet safety and operational requirements.
  • Be available for weekend and holiday work, including "on-call" service availability by phone/text.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong aptitude and solid work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
