Position Location: 1 Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH 42351
Position Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm
Primary Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members at the Nationwide location.
* Prescription Processing: Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
* Inventory Management: Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies. Verify medication stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory records.
* Medication Orders: Order, receive, and process wholesaler medication orders.
* Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
* Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties related to the retail pharmacy.
* Communication: Utilize strong professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare providers.
* Team Collaboration: Work with the pharmacist and other team members to assist in pharmacy functions and maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications:

* Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio
* Ability to work onsite at 1 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, OH 42351 with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm
* Must be 18 years of age or older

Soft Skills:

* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
