This is an on-site position in Anderson.


Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

  • Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services needed for production.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels, placing orders when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

Finance/Bookkeeping:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.

Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure purchasing aligns with project timelines and material requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, filing, and updating databases.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, bookkeeping, or related fields (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
