Job Title: Sr. React Developer

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days in-office per week)

Duration: 12-18 Month Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Sr. React Developer to join a dynamic team at a leading financial client. In this role, you will design, develop, and manage React-based applications and software while delivering high-quality, accessible user interfaces that meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) design compliance standards. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user-facing features using React frameworks.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance React-based applications and software.
  • Ensure all applications comply with ADA design standards to create inclusive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver engaging and functional interfaces.
  • Maintain and optimize existing React applications for usability and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging React trends and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in React Development, Design, and Management.
  • Hands-on experience with React-based application development.
  • Proficiency in React-based software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ADA Design Compliance for accessible applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in UI/UX Design, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
