This is an analytical/data entry centric regulatory role.


The main duties include:


Creation of Preliminary ADV Part 2Bs (disclosure forms regulated by SEC)

Assist with daily exception reports

Assist with bi-weekly OBA reports Clean up of ended OBA special projects

Removal of ended OBAs ongoing

Special project related to supervisor updates

Other tasks as needed


Skills:

General computer skills required.

Ability to type efficiently.

Ability to use Word, PDF, Excel and Outlook.

Data analysis and reporting

Must be able to work in a team environment.
