Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute financial strategies to meet long and short-term goals.

  7. Provide financial updates and advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  8. Coordinate employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including joint venture partners, investors, and community members.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate finance and property management.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in public or governmental accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Expert knowledge of public housing programs, tax credits, and governmental accounting standards.
  4. Strong familiarity with HUD regulations and reporting requirements.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  7. Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA preferred.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
