Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Weekend Requirement: Yes

What level of experience is required?: 1-5 years of Utilization Review and/or Discharge planning in a hospital or health care setting

Candidate must have BSN

1 year direct experience required

RTO - All time off must be included at the time of submission, RTO CANNOT be added after submittal

Northwestern Medicine AND any of its acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history

1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type)1 reference (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
