This is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with top leadership, driving efficiency and innovation across the company.

As the Executive Assistant to the President, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless executive operations, with the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. Based in our Simi Valley office, this role requires an on-site presence five days a week, immersing you in our fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Strategically manage the President’s calendar, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange efficient and cost-effective travel plans for domestic and international trips.
  • Event Planning: Organize high-impact meetings, conferences, and corporate events, handling all logistics from start to finish.
  • Contract Management: Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • C-Level Interaction: Represent the President professionally in all communications with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency with innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting critical deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a diplomatic and professional approach.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts accurately.
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
