  • Operational Management: Lead day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and performance, setting the standard for operational excellence.
  • Team Development: Cultivate and mentor high-performing teams, encouraging a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Achievement: Set, communicate, and achieve aggressive performance targets, ensuring businesses consistently outperform industry benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams towards achieving and surpassing challenging goals. (MBA is considered a plus with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting or a related field.)
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, demonstrating humility, intuition, and a collaborative leadership style.
