The SperaVita Institute Administrator Job Description

The Administrative Assistant of The SperaVita Institute is responsible for overseeing administrative processes related to the Executive Director and development staff. This will be a

General Responsibilities:

·       Assemble prayer emails and newsletters

·       Assist with creation of social media posts as needed

·       Assist with administration of Samaritan Summit

·       Attend weekly National Training Meetings and take minutes

·       Manage Executive Director’s schedule

·       Book travel for SperaVita team members

·       Manage administrative details for the Hope for Life Ball

·       Assist with mailings and follow-up contact to donors

·       Support development staff by scheduling meetings preparing donor lists, creating and sending receipts, thank you cards etc.

·       Maintain CRM and donor records

·       Administrate end of year mailings

·       Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated passion for the prolife movement

·       Signed agreement and adherence to SperaVita’s Mission and Statement of Faith

·       Adherence to the core values of The SperaVita Institute

·       In depth knowledge of the Focus Method (Can be trained)

·       Excellent organization and management skills

·       Excellent communication and teaching skills

Compensation:

·       This position is a full time salaried position

·  

·      Employee will accrue up to 3 weeks PTO
