Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our community’s children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage. Lee Health is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,100 employed primary care and specialty providers with over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida.  The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.Position Information: Lee Physician Group (LPG) – Pediatric Endocrinology is looking for a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its busy and growing practice. This group of Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners provides a full range of clinical services for conditions such as diabetes, growth disorders, puberty disorders, adrenal and thyroid gland disorders, and obesity. Call will be 1:5. Position is mostly outpatient. The group has a collaborative approach and has on staff a diabetic educator, social worker, psychologist, nutritionists, growth hormone nurse and pharmacy techs.
