What You Will DoPrepare, dispense, and monitor medications across the facility to ensure safe, rational, and effective use. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to provide exceptional, patient-centered care. Supervise and mentor technical support personnel. Experience: Five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience required for Bachelor's degree holders. One year of recent inpatient hospital experience as staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates. Certification: BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required (must be obtained within first 90 days of hire). ACLS (AHA) and/or PALS (AHA), depending on practice site. License: State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Registered Pharmacist Licensure.
