As a Sr. Manager, Finance - FP&A Clinical Program Finance, you are responsible for establishing strong business partnerships with the Virology Therapeutic Area team to provide comprehensive financial support and ongoing analytics.

Office Location: Foster City, CA What You Will Do Lead financial aspects of governance and portfolio processes for several Virology assets Lead the month‑end and LE process for Virology, ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes. Drive development of meaningful financial analyses and create effective presentations to communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership. Drive development and implementation of key process improvement initiatives. Proactively engage with Finance colleagues and business partners to develop continuous process improvements to planning, analyses and reporting.

Business Partnership and Collaboration: The candidate must demonstrate an ability to build strong relationships with Finance and non‑Finance business partners. The candidate should be a proactive leader exhibiting strong influencing capabilities and a willingness to maintain open and transparent communication across the organization. These skills must be balanced by sound business judgment. Project Management: The candidate must possess the ability to actively manage the execution of projects that involve cross‑functional stakeholders. This includes providing guidance on project scope and timelines, integrating the work of multiple teams into project deliverables, and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Basic Qualifications A BS or BA is required. 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. 6+ years of experience with an MBA degree.

Experience

with project reporting, operational accounting and reporting is required. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity in Oracle Hyperion, and Tableau preferred. Preferred Qualifications A CPA is preferred. Prior experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry and supporting R&D is preferred.
