**Position Overview:**
As a Wireless Dealer Trainer, you will have the opportunity to become a business owner within the Fresh Clouds Builder network. This role is designed for those who are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others succeed. You will train and mentor new wireless dealers, guiding them through the process of establishing and growing their own wireless retail businesses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Training & Development:** Provide comprehensive training to new wireless dealers on all aspects of the business, including sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.

- **Mentorship:** Act as a mentor and coach, offering ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success of your dealers. Help them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

- **Business Growth:** Drive the growth of Fresh Class Builders by expanding the network of wireless dealers. Identify and recruit potential business owners who are interested in joining the wireless industry.
