WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

As our Regional Sales Manager Roofing Division, you will manage all aspects of sales and business development within a specific Region. The successful candidate will have prior building material industry experience. In this role you will sell products by presenting SWD Value Proposition, establishing relationships with all potential and current customers across all channels including but not limited to; Direct, Distribution, Consolidators, Builders, and Architects. The Regional Sales Manager is a collaborative member of the sales team and will provide a sales plan forecast on a monthly basis that will enable proper planning for SWD supply chain and operations teams.


Success in this position is by meeting or exceeding all sales goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. To support you in your success, you will utilize SWD marketing materials to provide guidance for current and future customers in order to realize how SWD’s technology equates to Lowest Cost Installed (LCI).
