We're passionate about creating exceptional online experiences and are looking for a talented UX/UI Graphic Designer to join our team.


Role Overview:

As our UI/UX/Graphic Designer, you'll be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our e-commerce website and all brand assets. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our online presence, ensuring that every user interaction is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity.


Key Responsibilities:


-Website Design & Management:

  • Design and develop engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce website, including website updates and banners.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the user experience based on analytics and user feedback.


-Brand Assets:

  • Create and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital and print mediums.
  • Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.


-User Experience:

  • Research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that address user needs and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to keep our designs fresh and effective.


-Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, Customer Service development, and production teams to align design strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX/Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience with web design and development technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.


Preferred:

  • Min. 2 years experience in designing for e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they influence design.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools.
