Responsibilities

  1. Develop, design, and deploy real-time and near real-time digital payment products that are aligned to US and Canadian industry trends.
  2. Liaise with local, global, and US product application teams to execute on an emerging payments strategy that is locally-relevant and globally-consistent.
  3. Provide P&L forecasting and reporting to support the management of digital payment product portfolio, which includes business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and consumer-to-business solutions.
  4. Assess all aspects of the product launch cycle, while simultaneously developing vendor relationships in alignment with local laws, rules, regulations, and global Enterprise policy standards.
  5. Participate in payment innovation initiatives and product deployments across various jurisdictions, as a member of a multidisciplinary cross-regional team, in a Global Banking environment.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with North American Fintechs and Payment Wallets.
  7. Analyze B2B, B2C, and C2B payment ecosystem trends to launch and commercialize products that will drive substantial ROI across various markets.
  8. Assess workflows across functional teams within Operations, Technology, Servicing, and Compliance teams.
  9. Serve as a global Digital Payments innovation expert at various industry conferences and steering committees.
  10. Understand and apply North American laws, rules, and regulations across complex payment products that span multiple jurisdictions.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related; and
  2. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.
  3. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
    1. Participating in payment innovation initiatives and product deployments across various jurisdictions, as a member of a multidisciplinary cross-regional team, in a Global Banking environment;
    2. Developing and maintaining relationships with North American Fintechs and Payment Wallets;
    3. Analyzing B2B, B2C, and C2B payment ecosystem trends to launch and commercialize products that will drive substantial ROI across various markets;
    4. Assessing workflows across functional teams within Operations, Technology, Servicing, and Compliance teams;
    5. Serving as a global Digital Payments innovation expert at various industry conferences and steering committees;

10% international / domestic travel, as necessary.
