Role Description
1 - Team Management & Performance Drive
- Lead Daily Sales Operations: Ensure seamless execution of all sales activities, with a relentless focus on performance and outcomes.
- KPI and Target Accountability: Rigorously monitor and enforce team KPIs across daily, weekly, and monthly targets, driving a results-driven culture.
- Motivation and High Energy: Foster an energetic, target-focused environment, pushing the team to exceed expectations and meet aggressive sales goals.
- Ownership of Talent Management: Take charge of recruiting top performers, managing underperformers, and conducting detailed performance reviews to build a high-impact team.
- Skill Development and Training: Continuously train and upskill team members, sharpening their sales acumen and commitment to high standards.
2 - Individual Sales Excellence
- Ownership of Closures: Personally responsible for executing 100% of the closing, ensuring each sale successfully completed and goals are met.
- Sales Vertical Leadership: Fully accountable for the overall sales achievement within their vertical, driving all sales efforts to meet and exceed targets while managing the end-to-end process.
- Cold Calling Expertise: Actively support team members in the cold-calling process, ensuring every interaction is efficient, impactful, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
- Results-Driven Leadership: Hands-on, goal-oriented achiever with a proven ability to inspire a high-performance mentality in the team.
- Target Focused and Relentlessly Driven: Embodies a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit, consistently aiming to exceed targets and drive the team to new heights.
- Healthcare Sales: 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a track record of high achievement.
- Cold Calling Mastery: 2-3 years in a call center or cold-calling role, demonstrating resilience and skill in high-volume sales environments.
- Team Management: 2-3 years of experience managing a team, with a focus on building and maintaining a results-driven, high-performance culture.
