Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts.Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide timely, practical advice aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups (real estate, construction, land use) on matters with parallel transactional or regulatory issues. Qualifications Bar Admissions: New Jersey (required) plus Pennsylvania (strongly preferred) or New York (nice to have).Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience.Strong research and writing skills; comfort with courtroom appearances and client interaction.Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive matters forward with minimal oversight.Clerkship experience and/or federal practice experience welcomed but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
