Key Responsibilities

  2. Investment Execution: Take the lead in all facets of deal processes, encompassing financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, and presenting findings to the investment committee.
  3. Portfolio Management: Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to enhance value creation, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategic initiatives.
  4. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere while guiding them through analysis and deliverables.
  5. Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends and maintain robust relationships with industry experts and stakeholders.
  6. Investor Relations: Assist in fundraising initiatives and engage in clear communication with investors to effectively represent the firm’s interests.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of Investment Banking experience.
  3. 4-5 years of experience in Private Equity.
