Private Equity Vice President

An established Lower-Middle-Market Private Equity firm is looking to expand their team with a Private Equity Vice President They are located in Los Angeles, California and focus on transactions across **Healthcare**. This is a very team-focused, collaborative firm that provides an environment for growth. The investment approach is aggressive, but also strategic for their deals. As an Vice President, you will play an integral role in all aspects of the deal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through industry relationships and proprietary channels.
- Investment Execution: Lead deal processes, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, and investment committee presentations.
- Portfolio Management: Partner with portfolio companies to drive value creation, monitor performance, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members, reviewing analysis and deliverables.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on market trends and maintain relationships with industry experts and stakeholders.
- Investor Relations: Support fundraising efforts and represent the firm in communications with investors.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of Investment Banking. 4-5 years of Private Equity
- Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
