About the Opportunity

Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting visually engaging designs? Our client, a prominent American utility company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas and creativity to their brand. This innovative company operates across eight states—serving millions of electric and gas customers in Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do

  • Create Impactful Designs: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to develop captivating visuals.
  • Design Layouts and Branding: Select colors, images, and typefaces to create standout layouts across print and digital media.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Present your concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect designs.
  • Flex Your Project Management Skills: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest in design and technology to continuously drive creative innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years in creative roles within B2B/B2C industries, preferably with brand or communications teams.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: A compelling showcase of your work, highlighting your visual design skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hybrid Work: Ability to work in Minneapolis three days a week.
