My client, a growing middle market PE Platform with around $5bn AUM is looking to add to their credit team.
They are looking for an associate with 1-3 years of experience coming from a sell-side sales & trading desk. You will report directly into the MD working on both the capital markets and the sales & trading side. This will be a hybrid role between public/private.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the firm’s capital markets efforts through lender outreach and relationship management
- Working with deal teams to assist with financing executions
- Supporting credit opportunity sourcing efforts and trade execution
- Maintaining dialogue with sell-side trading desks and monitoring trading activity and portfolio pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance or credit investing roles
- Experience with private equity financing processes and general knowledge of credit market trading mechanics
- Strong interest in financial markets/economics
