Position Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

Type: Contract-to-Hire (3-months to hire)

Work Location: Juno Beach, FL

Onsite Work Requirement: 100% onsite, 5 days per week


This individual will serve as a bridge between technical innovation and business needs, working directly with a specific business unit to prototype solutions independently and deliver production-ready products after securing business unit buy-in.

  • Front-End vs. Back-End Development: 50/50 split. Python is the universal AI backend language, so proficiency is required. Angular is the only front-end language needed.
  • New Development vs. Maintenance: 100% new development. No maintenance involved as this role focuses on building new applications in the short term.


Position Overview:

The Full Stack Developer will independently prototype solutions, engage with business units to ensure alignment and deliver production-ready solutions for implementation. The role requires expertise in Angular and Python to seamlessly integrate innovative solutions with existing systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Task 1 (40%): Independently prototype solutions to address business needs and validate feasibility.
  • Key Ingredients: Senior-level development skills, problem-solving, and self-sufficiency.
  • Task 2 (30%): Collaborate with business units to secure buy-in and relay production-ready solutions for implementation.
  • Key Ingredients: Stakeholder communication, technical expertise, and presentation skills.
  • Task 3 (30%): Use Angular and Python to integrate solutions with existing systems.
  • Key Ingredients: Expertise in Angular, Python, and system integration.


Technical Skill Qualifications:

  • Full-Stack Development Skills: To independently prototype and deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in Angular: For front-end development and integration with existing systems.
  • Proficiency in Python: For back-end development and system integration.
  • Experience developing production-ready applications.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving ability to deliver innovative solutions independently.
