Description

  • Assist the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute project documents, including contracts, schedules, and submittals.
  • Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate deliveries and manage procurement.
  • Support the project team in addressing on-site challenges and resolving conflicts.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal and client review.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
