LHH is working with a great law firm in Costa Mesa, CA. This role will be 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Pre-litigation, discovery, discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas.
  • Manage electronic case files, experience with iManage is a plus.
  • Compile trial materials, prepare and manage exhibits, attend trial.


Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in litigation, preferably experience in defense litigation.
  • Experienced with and able to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries.
  • BA degree or paralegal certificate preferred.


Role:

  • Onsite 2 days a week in Costa Mesa, CA and 3 days working rom home.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
